| United Ambulance was established
in 1983 with the sole intention to provide the highest quality
pre-hospital care to our customers. United established and
implemented the first Advanced Life Support Protocol in Guernsey
County. Since that time, United has met and exceeded all National
standards for Advanced Life Support services.
In 1985 United expanded its coverage area to include Noble County. United currently serves approximately 53,000 citizens in two counties as well as thousands of people traveling through our coverage area. In 1986 United joined forces with Guernsey Health Systems which solidified United's ability to provide high quality care long into the future. United Ambulance Expanded it's scope of service in 1998 to meet the transportation needs of our customers. United Ambulette provides 24hr. wheelchair transportation to Guernsey/Noble and surrounding counties. Our vans are equipped with wheelchairs and our drivers are CPR and First Aide trained. |
